That heading introducing the blogroll? It's the truth.
I procrastinate. Badly. I just spent a while looking at blogs from other psychology students, both undergraduate and graduate. The ones I found who reveal what they're studying are all in clinical or counseling. Reading through their posts, I saw so many people interested in psychodynamic theory that I am almost literally gagging in disgust. No wonder the general public thinks psychology isn't a science!* I feel compelled to do something about this situation and I want to post content from fields I find interesting.Classes are done for this semester and I need to keep studying for my finals. If you know me in real life, you know that I will not have regular Internet access during the summer and hence will not be blogging regularly again until fall semester. So, my regular readers (both of you!), this fall I will probably start to burden you with the minutiae and esoterica I've been holding back. Fear not, though, gentle readers: I shall continue to post the whining to which you have become accustomed. :)

*Paraphrase of questions asked by pharmacy majors to a few of my classmates as they were in the same van on their way to an exhibition of undergraduate research projects: "You're all going to the exhibition?! But how can you do research in psychology? Isn't psychology just, like, reading people's minds and putting people on couches to listen to them whine about their mothers and stuff?"
