Woo-hoo!

Not only did the exam go well this morning (75 questions and it took only 15 minutes to finish), but I found a place to get Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition (legitimately!) for only $25. theSpoke.net, a site I found while searching the Microsoft academic software pricing pages, offers current students (evidenced by a copy of your student ID and current class schedule) programming software downloads for a one-time fee of $25 for premium membership. And since it's a download, no DVD drive required, saving me even more money! So if you have $25 and you're serious about programming, theSpoke.net is the place for you. (If you just want to fiddle about with programming and you'd rather not make the investment, Microsoft also has Express Editions of the programs with reduced functionality available for free.)

I'd like to blog more, but since I'm currently downloading more than 2 GB to install the program, my computer is a tad bit slow and I prefer to see the words appear as I type.
