Take a break for a day or two. Then you'll either a) miss studying (for some inexplicable reason...) b) still not want to study and wait to cram or c) know you need to study and drag yourself back to it.
Whichever way you do it, the break should help you process some info and perhaps help retention.

Noooooo! You poor thing!
Let me know if you do decide to take it. I'll use "bringing you my study materials" as an excuse to come visit once I get my stupid car fixed yet again (grr, power steering makes me angry!). Or I could just ship them, but that wouldn't be nearly as fun. :)
