Processing

I can't remember if I've made my opinions on running clear or not, but here goes: I think runners are insane. There is absolutely no reason to run unless someone is chasing you. And even then, that person had better have a knife.

But I've possibly ruined something that had the potential of being a very good friendship, and I need to work through it. So despite the wind, cold, and lack of an attacker, I'm going running. See you later.

You know, the iPod nano supports the Nike+ running system!

Thank you, MacGeek Pro. You know how amusing I find your hot, sweaty man-love affair with all things Apple. :)

But I don't much care for a system. I just go out and go until I'm so exhausted I can't think about anything else. And, yes, it worked.

I was just trying to get you to switch to iPod. Though if you're going to do it, I'd go for the iPod touch solely for the web browser. Then you can secretly creep on Facebook in the palm of your hand!

You're definitely right. I think I just might need an iPod touch. Those things seriously rock.

PS This is also quite possibly the one time I'll admit you're right. So savor it while it lasts! :)

It's so funny that you posted this today, because with the time change, it's now dark when I get home, and I'm not really comfortable running alone in the dark in my sketchy neighborhood. So I had decided that I would skip running and reluctantly look into the gym sometime this week. Then something happened that REALLY pissed me off, and I desperately wanted to run through my rage and frustration. So I decided, fuck it, I'm going running in the dark. I feel so much better now that I did... running is the best therapy for when I'm angry. I'm still mad, but I no longer have the energy to destroy my belongings.

Isn't it awesome? Walking usually works for me, but sometimes you just have to get moving faster than your problems.
