Okay, so in the last post, I mentioned yet another new guy. Well, this one is much less creepy than CS. We're going to call him Guy Friday. And you, my loyal readers (Teehee. I've been a very bad blogger lately. My apologies.) get to see pictures of him if you want to.

Anyway, details since he's sticking around. Guy Friday is almost 24. He's a comparative religion major taking a break from school while he decides what he wants to do, but is planning to come back in the spring. He's also 6'4" (making my 5'10" seem not as freakishly tall, which is always nice!), speaks four languages (English, Japanese, Spanish, and Arabic) and is working on another three (Greek, Hebrew, and Russian). He's scary smart--his IQ tops mine by an entire standard deviation, and mine is nothing to scoff at--but no good at math, so at least I get to win on something. :) And a total nerd: he built his computer, uses Linux (and has the goal of converting both me and you, MacGeek Pro!), and talks philosophy like he was born doing it. So of course, the silly boy makes my little heart go pitter-patter. And this is why I always avoided relationships, damn it. Emotional attachment sucks. :)
